The BENEK I is a robust and functional welding gas bottle trolley designed for transporting technical gas cylinders up to 230 mm in diameter and 1700 mm in height. Construction and safety
The frame is manufactured from steel sections, powder coated in RAL 5010 (blue) for corrosion and impact resistance. A well-balanced frame and contoured platform ensure confident handling and even weight distribution. Steel securing chains effectively protect the cylinder from toppling or accidental sliding during transport. An additional rear support wheel increases stability and improves manoeuvrability under heavy loads, making this model exceptionally safe in operation.
Functionality and working comfort
An open tool box (without lid) provides convenient storage for essential welding accessories — electrodes, spanners, hoses, and regulators. Ergonomic plastic handles with hand guards ensure a secure grip and operator protection.
Running gear
The trolley is fitted with 300 mm pneumatic wheels (4.00×4) that deliver excellent vibration dampening and smooth handling on both even and uneven surfaces. Roller bearings are fitted as standard for durability and maintenance-free service. A version with ball bearings is available on request for even quieter operation (at additional cost).
