2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store at agromech-eu.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to consumers and business customers alike, unless stated otherwise.
3. Products
All products sold through agromech-eu.com are manufactured by Agromech at our factory in Łubianka, Poland. Product descriptions, specifications and images are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour may occur due to the manufacturing process (powder coating) or screen settings.
4. Prices & VAT
All prices displayed on the website include VAT applicable to your country. The VAT rate is calculated automatically based on your shipping address. The applicable rates are:
- Netherlands: 21% VAT
- Belgium: 21% VAT
- France: 20% VAT
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
5. Ordering Process
Placing an order on agromech-eu.com constitutes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline an order in exceptional circumstances (e.g. pricing error, product unavailability).
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Mollie, a leading European payment service provider. We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, KBC/CBC, Belfius Direct Net, and bank transfer (SEPA). Full payment terms are described on our Shipping & Payment page. For bank transfers, the order is processed once payment is received in our account.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Shipping costs and delivery times are described on our Shipping & Payment page. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier (for business customers) or upon receipt of the goods (for consumers).
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Full details, including the model withdrawal form, are available on our Returns & Claims page.
9. Warranty
All products carry a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. In addition, consumers in the EU are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU Directive 2019/771. Full warranty terms are available on our Returns & Claims page.
10. Liability
Our products are designed for industrial and commercial handling purposes. They must be used in accordance with the specifications provided (maximum load capacity, intended use). We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, overloading, or unauthorised modifications.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be legally limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, epidemics, or disruptions to the supply chain or transport.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on agromech-eu.com — including product images, descriptions, logos and design — is the property of Agromech and is protected by copyright. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
13. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full information on how we collect, use and protect your data.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at info@agromech-eu.com so we can resolve the issue amicably.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but will always endeavour to reach a solution through mutual agreement.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the purpose of the original provision.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the European Union, supplemented by Polish law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide greater protection, in which case those laws apply.
17. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments do not apply to orders already placed. The most current version is always available on this page.
