Delivery Areas

We deliver to the following countries directly from our factory in Łubianka, Poland:

• Netherlands
• Belgium
• France

For deliveries to other European countries, please contact us for a personalised quote.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping: €50.00 excl. VAT per item (VAT is added at checkout based on your country)
• Free shipping: on orders over €999.00 excl. VAT

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees. The final price including VAT and shipping is always shown before payment.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing time: 1–3 business days (preparation and packaging at our factory)
• Transit time: 3–7 business days depending on destination
• Total estimated delivery: 4–10 business days from order confirmation

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method

Products are shipped via pallet courier services. Due to the size and weight of our products (platform trolleys, work platforms), deliveries are made to the curbside or ground-floor entrance. The carrier does not deliver to upper floors or inside buildings.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will arrange a second attempt or contact you to schedule a new delivery date.

Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through Mollie, a leading European payment service provider. We accept the following payment methods:

iDEAL	The most popular payment method in the Netherlands. Pay directly from your Dutch bank account. Payment is processed instantly.
Bancontact	The leading payment method in Belgium. Pay directly from your Belgian bank account. Payment is processed instantly.
Credit & Debit Cards	We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.
PayPal	Pay securely via your PayPal account or with a credit/debit card through PayPal. Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.
Klarna	Buy now, pay later. Klarna allows you to receive your order first and pay within 14 or 30 days, or split the payment into installments.
KBC/CBC	Pay directly from your KBC or CBC bank account (Belgium). Payment is processed instantly.
Belfius Direct Net	Pay directly from your Belfius bank account (Belgium). Payment is processed instantly.
Bank Transfer	Transfer the total amount to our bank account. Your order will be processed once payment is received (usually 1–2 business days).

Prices & VAT

All prices displayed on agromech-eu.com include VAT applicable to your country. The VAT rate is calculated automatically based on your shipping address:

• Netherlands: 21% BTW
• Belgium: 21% TVA
• France: 20% TVA

Business customers with a valid EU VAT number may be eligible for VAT-exempt purchases. Please contact us for B2B orders.

Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the products passes to you upon delivery. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you at the moment you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the products.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email within one hour, please check your spam folder or contact us.
