Construction and safety
The trolley is manufactured from high-grade steel, powder coated for corrosion and impact resistance. The ergonomic frame is contoured to fit cylinders up to 230 mm in diameter and 1700 mm in height, while steel securing chains effectively prevent accidental movement of the load. A well-balanced centre of gravity allows the trolley to be guided smoothly and easily, even with a full oxygen, CO₂, or acetylene cylinder.
Running gear
The 300 mm pneumatic wheels (4.00×4) ensure smooth movement across halls and uneven surfaces. Roller bearings are fitted as standard — durable, maintenance-free, and ideal for demanding conditions. A version with ball bearings is available on request for even quieter, more precise operation.
Ergonomics and operating comfort
