The ROMEK III AL is the aluminium-deck version of the proven ROMEK III platform trolley. The 2 mm chequered aluminium plate (tear-drop pattern) replaces the standard waterproof plywood, delivering superior moisture resistance, easier cleaning, and a longer service life — all at 3 kg less weight. Designed for cold stores, food processing, pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories, and any environment where hygiene or moisture exposure is a concern.
Chequered aluminium deck
The 1210 × 780 mm deck (0.94 m²) is made from 2 mm chequered aluminium plate with a tear-drop anti-slip pattern. Unlike plywood, the aluminium surface is completely waterproof — it will not swell, delaminate, or absorb moisture even in prolonged contact with water. The deck is reinforced from below with welded steel supports for full rigidity under load.
Large deck — fewer trips
At 1210 × 780 mm, the ROMEK III AL offers 56% more deck area than a standard 1000 × 600 mm trolley. The deck accommodates 6–8 standard cartons (400 × 300 mm) or a EUR pallet diagonally.
Non-marking solid wheels
Four 160 mm solid rubber wheels in a 2 fixed + 2 swivel layout deliver stability and manoeuvrability. The light-coloured non-marking rubber leaves no traces on floors — ideal for clean rooms, showrooms, and polished surfaces. Maintenance-free, puncture-proof, quiet operation.
Built to last
