The ROMEK VII with 200 mm pneumatic wheels combines the narrow-profile 1210 × 610 mm deck of the standard ROMEK VII with the cushioned ride of air-filled tyres. Where the solid-wheel version excels on smooth indoor floors, this pneumatic variant handles semi-rough surfaces, expansion joints, loading ramps, and indoor-outdoor transitions with greater comfort and stability. The 200 × 50 mm pneumatic wheels sit between the compact 160 mm solid option and the heavy-duty 300 mm tyres of the STACH series.
Long, narrow deck
At 1210 × 610 mm, the deck offers the same 2:1 length-to-width ratio as the solid-wheel ROMEK VII. The narrow 610 mm profile navigates aisles as tight as 700 mm, while the 1210 mm length accommodates pipes, boards, long boxes, and oversized flat loads. The 12 mm waterproof plywood deck has an anti-slip surface to keep loads in place.
200 mm pneumatic wheels
Four 200 × 50 mm pneumatic wheels in a 2 fixed + 2 swivel layout. The air-filled tyres absorb vibrations and small obstacles — a noticeable upgrade over solid wheels when crossing thresholds, dock plates, or slightly uneven floors. Ball bearings as standard provide smooth, low-effort rolling.
Built to last
Welded steel frame with powder-coated finish in RAL 5010 (blue). Custom RAL colours available on request. The same robust construction as all ROMEK models — designed for years of daily use at full load.
