The POLGAZ III TIG is a compact yet exceptionally functional welding gas bottle trolley designed for transporting a single gas cylinder (up to 230 mm in diameter and 1700 mm in height) together with welding equipment. Thanks to an integrated transport shelf, it allows TIG/MIG machines, regulators, and welding accessories to be carried in an organised, secure manner — both in production halls and workshops and during field operations.
Robust and well-engineered construction
The trolley is manufactured from solid steel with a powder coat finish for corrosion resistance and years of reliable service. The frame is designed for optimal load balance, and the transport platform is precisely shaped to match the cylinder contour. Steel securing chains stabilise the cylinder during transport.
Mobility in all conditions
The 300 mm pneumatic wheels (4.00×4) deliver excellent vibration dampening and easy manoeuvring, even on uneven surfaces. The roller bearing running gear ensures smooth travel and is virtually maintenance-free. A ball bearing version is available on request for even quieter operation and extended service life.
Ergonomics and operating comfort
Ergonomic plastic handles protect the operator’s hands and improve working comfort. The additional shelf allows welding equipment and power tools to be transported conveniently, making the trolley a complete compact mobile welding station.
